Limitation of Liability
4. Indemnification and Reservation of Rights.
i. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Electives Network Ltd., its directors, employees, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Site from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you during your use of the Site.
ii. The Electives Network Ltd. reserves the right to release information on current or users of the Site, but only if it believes that the Site is being used by him/her to commit unlawful acts, if the information is requested by the Police and/or if The Electives Network Ltd. deems it necessary and/or appropriate to comply with fraud or new anti-terrorism laws. Under no other circumstances will user information be shared with third parties unless required by law, and requested through legal channels.
5. Special Advice for International Use.
Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules including, without limitation, rules about the Internet, data, e-mail, or privacy.
