The Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH) is a 275 bed hospital in Malé, Maldives. It is an acute tertiary care public referral hospital committed to provide modern state of the art health care in the Maldives. IGMH is a state owned hospital, and one of the two hospitals in Malé, Republic of Maldives. The hospital is located at the west end of Malé. The hospital is a gift from the Indian Government and is dedicated to Indira Gandhi. The foundation was laid on January 14, 1990 and it took almost 5 years to complete the hospital.
