The Coombe Women & Infants University Hospital is one of the largest providers of women and infant’s healthcare in Europe. In most years there are over 8,500 babies born at the hospital. The hospital also provides the largest gynaecological service in the Republic of Ireland. Uniquely, medical students from the three Dublin Medical Schools attend this hospital as part of their undergraduate programme.
