This is a charity-run hospital in a small rural town 60km north of Bangalore. The hospital is recognized as an authorized kidney transplant centre. It also provides treatment for leprosy patients living in the slums of Bangalore. The hospital conducts church health camps in the city slums and the urban and rural areas to promote health awareness and education.

It is a 220 bedded multispecialty hospital. It is recognized for by the National Board of Examinations New Delhi to provide post graduate training to doctors in Pediatrics and Obstetrics & Gynecology. It is also recognized for providing Compulsory Rotatory Internship for Medical graduates. Apart from these the hospital also provides training in General Nursing, Geriatric Nursing, Laboratory Technology, Medical Radiography and Medical Records
