It is now fully integrated into the French Health Service and provides medical services to the English-speaking community and local French population. The IHFB is located at two main sites. The site at Kléber (4 rue Kléber) offers medical and surgical services, as well as emergency and diagnostic services. The site at Barbès (3 rue Barbès) is specialized in Maternity/Obstetric and Neonatal services. Additionally, there is a internationally renowned dermatology clinic at 12 rue Barbès which is supported by the Hertford British Hospital.
