The Perpetual Succor Hospital and Maternity (PSHM) was founded by Dra. Josefina Singson Florendo and her surgeon husband, Dr. Raymundo T. Macaraeg in 1957, starting with a 25-bed capacity maternity clinic. Since then is has been and growing into the 100-bed, full-fledged general hospital it is today. The Perpetual Succor Hospital and Maternity is the embodiment of a life-long thanksgiving to Our Lady of Perpetual Succor.

PSHM offers a wide array of services mainly Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics, Surgical, and Medical. An affiliate of the Centro Escolar University- College of Nursing and Midwifery and St. Jude School of Nursing, PSHM also aids in the training of future nurses. Continuous renovations and expansions promise a comfortable ambience conductive to modern health care. These and more make PSHM one of the eminent private hospitals in Cebu today.
